1. Prof. Dr. Vlad Ratziu, Dr. Raluca Pais – participation at the XXIII Nation Congress of Hepathology, the VI Balcan Hepathology Course and the III Romanian-French Hepathology Conference, which was held in Bucharest on 9-11 October 2013. The event was organized by the Romanian Association for the studying of the Liver and the "Marin Voiculescu Acad. Foundation", along with the Internal Medicine Center staff from the Fundeni Clinical Institute. During the III Romainan-French Hepathology Conference, Prof. Dr. Vlad Ratziu presented « Hepatocellular carcinoma in NASH patients », and Dr. Raluca Pais presented « NAFLD and vascular risk ».
2. Dr. Raluca Pais – oral communication at the european council of the European Association for the study of the Liver, EASL 2013, entitled « Metabolic fatty liver disease increases the risk of hepatocellular carcinoma in patients with alcoholic cirrhosis listed for liver transplantation ». The abstract was published in Journal of Hepatology 2013 vol. 58 | S53.
3. Dr. Raluca Pais, two poster presentations at the international HEP DART 2013 congress: Frontiers in Drug Development for Viral Hepatitis, which was held in Hawaii, SUA, 8-12 December 2013. 2014:
1. The XXIV National Hepathology Congress, the V Balcan Hepathology Course and the IV Romanian-French Hepathology Conference, which were held in Bucharest on 2 - 4 october 2014. The event was organized by the Romanian Association for the studying of the Liver and the "Marin Voiculescu Acad. Foundation", along with the Inetrnal Medicine Center staff from the Fundeni Clinical Institute. The project team members presented more oral communications and posters, the summary of which can be found in Romanian Journal of Hepatology, vol 10, no 1, 2014.
2. Dr Raluca Pais presented the conference « Cardiovascular involvement in NAFLD».
3. Dr. D. Zilisteanu presented « Chronic Kidney Disease in patients with NAFLD» and the poster work «NAFLD in end stage renal disease patients on dialysis», authors D. Zilișteanu, T. Atasie, M. Paler, E. Rusu, M. Voiculescu.

3. UMF Carol Davila Congress held in Bucharest on 28-30 May 2015. Dr. Diana Zilisteanu presented the work Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Correlates with Cardiovascular Disease in Dialysis Patients, authors D. Zilisteanu, T. Atasie, M. Paler, E. Rusu, M. Voiculescu. The abstract was publised in Maedica, vol 10, suppl. 2015.
4. Raluca Pais: participation in HEPDART Congress 2015 held in Hawaii, United States, between 5 to 11 December 2015. In this conference, Dr. Raluca Pais presented a poster work entitled: Fatty Liver as an Independent Predictor of Early Carotid Atherosclerosis: Results From a Large Transversal Study and Long-Term Follow-Up.

1. The XXVI National Hepathology Congress, the VII Balcan Hepathology Course and the VI Romanian-French Hepathology Conference, which were held in Bucharest on 6 - 8 October 2016. The event was organized by the Romanian Association for the studying of the Liver, "Marin Voiculescu Acad. Foundation", and Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy Bucharest. Prof. Dr. Vlad Ratziu presented the conference “Innovative new therapy on NASH”, and Dr Raluca Pais presented the conference « NAFLD natural history – risk of progression in early disease» si conferinta « Risk of liver cancer in NASH ».
2. Dr. Elena Rusu: participation to the UMF Carol Davila Congress held in Bucharest on 2-4 June 2016 with a poster presentation “CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE IS SIGNIFICANTLY ASSOCIATED WITH INSULIN RESISTANCE AND HYPERTENSION IN PATIENTS WITH NONALCOHOLIC FATTY LIVER DISEASE".
